Accessibility

Museum of Illusions (“MOI”) strives to ensure accessibility and provide reasonable accommodations to its guests, including those with disabilities. The entrance to MOI is wheelchair and scooter accessible with a portable ramp; however, please note that some exhibits may not be accessible due to their interactive or immersive design. MOI does not have wheelchairs, scooters, or other mobility aids available on-site, so we kindly ask that guests bring their own mobility aids if required. Service animals are welcome.
Please be aware that MOI attractions may include slanted floors, dynamic lighting effects, projections, and LED lights of varying intensity. These features can be bypassed or adjusted during your visit to accommodate accessibility needs. For further details or assistance, contact us at [email protected].

We are open and accessible to the whole community, with the design promoting equality for the elderly, people with prams and people living with a disability.
