MUSEUM FAQ

  • Our regular hours of operation are Monday- Sunday 10:00am – 8:00pm (Excluding holidays and private events)
  • Tickets are subject to availability
  • Tickets can be purchased online or at the desk (please call and ask for wait times)
  • Online tickets are subject to a service fee
  • Online tickets must be purchased at least 2 hours prior to scheduled time
  • Tickets are non- refundable but are valid 6 months from the date of purchase. Please call at least 24 hours ahead to reschedule your tickets
  • Last ticket entry one hour before closing
  • ID must be presented upon entry to be matched with at least one admission ticket
  • Minors can be accompanied with someone of at least 16 years of age
  • If you have a timed ticket you must enter at the beginning of your time slot and can stay for longer, you are not limited to just one hour
  • Typical time spent at the Museum is 60min – 75min
  • The Museum of Illusions is not responsible for any lost, stolen or duplicated tickets
  • Third-party tickets must be booked for a time at least 2 hours prior to scheduled entry. The museum is not responsible for any tickets purchased through third parties
  • Tickets do not have to be printed
  • Gift Cards can be purchased online or at the Museum. Please call ahead to schedule a time
  • Peak hours at the Museum are from 12:00pm – 4:00pm
  • We do not accept US currency
  • There are no in and out privileges
  • Tickets are for one-time admission only
  • No pets are permitted into the museum with the exception of service animals
  • Film produced in the museum may not be used for commercial purposes without the express permission of the Museum of Illusions
  • Coat check is available at no extra charge, the Museum of Illusions is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items
  • For your security and the security of other guests, the Museum of Illusions does have video surveillance
  • Smoking is not permitted at the Museum
  • Narcotics and any weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited at all times
  • The Museum of Illusions reserves the right to remove from the premises those visitors breaking any law, regulation, or Museum of Illusion venue policy without compensation.  Ticket holders may be removed at any time by refund of the purchase price.
  • Strollers and wheelchairs are permitted at the museum. A ramp is available upon request at our front entrance
  • We do not have parking however paid parking can be found nearby
  • The closest TTC Station is King Station which can be accessed by streetcar or by foot.
