COVID-19 Safety Standards
All employees and visitors over the age of 2 are required to wear cloth face masks or coverings over their nose and mouth at all times while inside the museum. We offer disposable masks upon request to ensure everyone is covered and safe. We reserve the right to deny entry to guests or remove guests from our premises who do not wear facial coverings at all times. Guests who do not comply with the Museum’s safety standards and are asked to leave will not be eligible for a ticket refund.
The museum is continuously cleaned throughout each day and sanitized each night using high-grade cleaning solutions.
The Museum strictly adheres to capacity restrictions set forth by local government authorities which allows you to be socially distanced while inside the museum. Social distance floor stickers are spaced 6 feet apart throughout the museum.
You are required to purchase tickets online with specific time slots to eliminate gatherings around our entrance and inside our museum lobby. Walk-in tickets will be honored only if the guest count at the time falls within capacity restrictions. Please note that the best way to ensure your entrance is to buy online in advance of your arrival.
All ticket holders will receive an email on the day of their scheduled visit reminding them of our safety protocols and asking them to check for COVID-19 symptoms before coming to the museum. If symptoms exist, we ask that the person stay home and visit another day.
Hand Sanitizing Stations
Stations are located throughout the museum so that you can keep your hands clean and disinfected as you experience each illusion. Gloves are also available for employees and guests.
